Responsibilities
- Owns the master insurance program: property, casualty, auto, cyber, D&O, EPL, and umbrella towers.
- Leads annual renewals: data calls, submissions, broker negotiations, and binding.
- Reviews policy wordings, endorsements, exclusions, and manuscript language.
- Maintains actuarial loss picks, reserves, and total cost of risk modeling.
- Approves changes to retentions, deductibles, and captive utilization.
