Responsibilities
- Reviews contractual risk transfer language: indemnities, insurance requirements, limits of liability.
- Owns the vendor risk program and Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance.
- Maintains the enterprise risk register and quarterly ERM reporting.
- Coordinates business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis response plans.
- Partners with Legal, Privacy, and IT on regulatory compliance and incident response.
