Responsibilities
- Manages first notice of loss (FNOL) intake and claim triage across all lines.
- Oversees TPA performance, reserve adequacy, and litigation strategy.
- Pursues subrogation and recovery opportunities.
- Builds loss-trend dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting models.
- Leads loss-control initiatives: safety training, ergonomics, fleet, and OSHA compliance.
